Announcements:
Thank you for voting for President Elect nominee and board officers. Results are tabulated and Steve Salerno will be our next president, and the current board members will continue.

Thank you Shawn for hosting the budget meeting for 2024-25 budget. The proposed budget will be reviewed by the board 4/2, and presented to the club for discussion. The process requires time for revisions and approvals to be completed by the end of the fiscal year July 1.

A new budget formula is being implemented for the second year. The process involves taking revenue generated by the club with funds allocated to departments and committees using a formula based on percentages. More will be discussed in our April club business meeting.

After the club updates, committees had break-out sessions for a few minutes followed by a briefing from Grants and Giving committee. The club was updated about their grant application activities, and was provided background information on various grant types, as well as past and possible future projects. Some discussion followed with Dave Reed suggesting a need for a warming house or shelter by the upper soccer fields, and Steve Salerno mentioning a possible need for inclusive playground equipment for handicapped kids.
