Svetlana: Brian’s granddaughter people were from all over for a fall leaf festival and got very excited about the event.
Peggy: Happy to go with Faye and Svetlana to a Russian grocery store in Madison.
Liz: Happy to be drilling in seed today.
Shawn: Happy her daughter passed the CA state bar exam.
Peggy’s update on Dixie's Thanksgiving meals for shut-ins.
We have drivers, and meet in the parking lot at 115 S 1st St where the fire department used to be. Contact Peggy if you can help with deliveries.
New Club Pin in the Works.
Svetlana & Peggy: New pins in production. Svetlana has created the design.
The process began when Svetlana found a plywood troll at the Mt. Horeb Historium, She and Peggy were able to get permission to use some of the likeness of the late ’80’s piece. The plywood troll dates back when Hwy. 18-151 moved south of Main Street. The “Trollway” was created as a reason to visit Mt. Horeb and keep commerce alive.
Next step is to get the artwork digitized and clearance from Rotary.

Super Brunch
Refresher on Super Brunch history, the day coincides with Super Bowl and is the weekend of Scandihoovian Fest in February.
Our club puts on the event selling tickets for breakfast but the main source of revenue is the placemat. The schools have been helpful in giving us a venue. The optimist club runs a silent auction, Interact Club helps. Fiddle band plays music.
Assignments from last year's placemat ad sale were distributed to club member. Paul has a sheet with key talking points on the SuperBrunch event.
We need people to pick up the slack to handle the advertisers who were associated with contacts no longer with the club.
Bob has cards for us to hand out with information about Rotary.
