Review of Upland Hills Health
Surgical area opened in Feb 2020
They were warned about the pandemic and had to shut down 80% of their business.
Currently, all of their services have reopened.
UHH Clinics are now providing vaccine.
Only 10 deaths from Covid in Iowa County due to fast action and shut down.
Everything they do is in coordination with Iowa County Health.
During the pandemic they continued working on Capital Campaign. Over $130K was raised by employee donations. Soon, public donations will be requested.
5th annual Sip and Savor event, July 10th at the Ley Pavilion. 5pm to Fireworks
Lisa reviewed the recent Dr’s who have come on board as well as some of the amazing equipment that they have acquired.
Reopened fitness center in Mineral Point.
They are developing a Master Facility Plan that includes the Clinic in Mount Horeb. It will include Senior Living opportunities.
They assessed community highest needs:
- Preventative health and wellness
- Access to transportation
- Mammography breast health
- Addiction medicine
- Resiliency training.
