Board Meeting:

Secretary’s Report: Attendance was good at Icki Sticki.
Treasurer’s Report: Review of
Fiscal YTD Report (view here and discussion of delinquent dues. 4
th quarter dues are due! Dues info is accessible to all members on Club Runner.
Youth Exchange Officer Report/New Generations Committee Report: Brent will give out scholarship awards on May 19th
Neighbors helping Neighbors final grant report has been submitted to district. Home of our Own Grant will be finished shortly.
Frolic prep report: Helwig reported that the club will be doing the food stand at the Frolic, June 10-13. The Frolic plans to stagger times of the various food booths to reduce competition. The Rotary Tent will definitely be open on Thursday night because of the rides. We will share work shifts with Soccer Moms and with Interact. Helwig asked the Board if they approved having Rotary share work with other entities. Zalucha made the motion to approve, Wallitsch 2nd, unanimous approval.
Budget meeting is upcoming. Watch for info.
Community Grant Committee is on hold since there is no money budgeted for grants.
Task force alpha is continuing to work on processes as the club moves forward. Recommendations will be presented at the next business meeting.
Membership Committee: Working on exit interview process.
July 30th date for golf outing. Put it on your calendar and get ready to play.
Icki Sticki location discussion. Assuming that the party room at Icki Sticki is ready, we will begin meeting there next week, the 12th. Details on preordering food could be organized by that time… stay tuned. You may want to arrive early to get your order in.
