Happy Bucks

Dave is happy for his daughter Brittney’s 34th birthday.

Susan was in Janesville to visit Lark, an upscale Italian restaurant run by a MHHS alumni Joan Neno who informed her about Liz's nickname, Wizzy, 

Peggy is impressed by our new teacher luncheon’s addition of Travis Wright as a guest speaker.

Sarah Straka was thankful for the new teacher luncheon event.

Steve Salerno had a chamber swag bag as a prize to a member who guessed how many students are enrolled in the district. 2398 students was the correct answer. Peggy had the best guess.

Shawn is happy that her volleyball team won the league this year.

Steve had 2 happy bucks, one for the raffle, second for a ribbon cutting celebration at his business.

Keith shared that his son is starting kindergarten and will be riding the bus and will be in “the big leagues”.

10k Raffle Reflections

Happy with results, as it was a “well oiled machine” with so much prep work ahead of time. Not sure yet about how much revenue was generated as checks still need to come in. It was a packed house this year. Steve Helwig gave a shout out to Keith as his job as emcee and for the improved sound.

Board meeting will be at Wednesday morning at 7 am instead of Tuesday. 

Katherine Straka and Gwen Motl are our Club Interact officers who will be joining us in September.

The club broke into committees afterwards.
