Committees
Keith made a short presentation about our budget for our committees.
Some discussion about scholarships, making decisions about how many scholarships will be given out, and amounts awarded. Also discussed was balances for grants, and the amount of funds available versus our budget, revenue, and some of the expenditures. We are raising more revenue with a smaller club.

Gary brought up EREY obligations to clubs, metrics of grant reporting by clubs, and Rotary International goals for Global grant opportunities. Rotary International has a new policy for monies allocated to global grants, and ways the district can increase matching funding from the Rotary Foundation for global grants (>$30k) The district will be having a meeting on grants, and he’s excited about projects teed up for Guatemala. Within 2 weeks we will be closer to zeroing in on grant projects. Erin Lukken may come to the club to present to us information to get a better understanding for our club members. Some discussion followed about timelines for local grants (MARC center).
