The Task Force Recommendations were approved by majority vote. Budget Voting is ongoing.
This week's meeting is Committee Week.

Because there were so few members present, we did not break into committees but rather discussed upcoming fundraising.
SUPERBOWL BRUNCH
February 13th.
School says OK
Optimists have indicated that they will do their silent auction if we do our brunch.
We will make it the community event that everyone looks forward to. Jim indicated that we may have some ordering issues do tue shortages of product. Need to consider backup plan if we need to do carry-out meals.
We discussed the Valentine's fundraiser and were ready to move forward on that until we realized that it is the day after the Brunch. We do not think we have the members to do both. Perhaps we do flowers for Mother's Day on May 8th instead.
Dixie is counting on Rotary help for Thanksgiving Meals for Shut-ins. Details next week.
