- Soren Espy is our outgoing Rotary Exchange student.
- Interact is putting together shoebox gifts. Steve Salerno is collecting items.
- Do we want to have Student Rotarians starting at the New Year? New Generations committee will review.

69 meals for Dixie's Thanksgiving Meals delivered. Susan is writing a press release.
14 votes for 2021-22 budget approval. Passed.
Super Brunch at HighSchool. February 13th.
Packets and ad information will be ready next week.
Helwig reported:
- School is set up for us. If there is a need to cancel, we will have the brunch at a future date.
- Placemats are available to assist.
- $60 single ad
- $100 double ad
- $200 double/double ad
- Tickets are $10 / no children's tickets.
- Heidi and Peggy working on "ask" literature.
- Shawn will account for incoming orders, ads and dollars.
- Paul will discuss orchestra/music for the day.
Steve will let people who are attending Basket Ball tournament know about the Brunch so they can have a meal with us.
International Committee Report
Libraries without Borders in Puerto Rico has started to activate the grant. Our Rotarian on the scene met with them last month and gave them the funds for their first invoice so they are procuring the materials. He is working with them to provide content in Spanish to an abused boys home.
