Wonderful News!  Dixie has decided not to quit the club. Also, Since the program that we had with Dennis Scoville talking about his career and the Viet Nam years, he has been doing extensive autobiographical interviews which will be archived around the country,

We need to send a bill to the School District for the meals of the teachers, staff and Interact Students who were at the Teacher's Luncheon.  Peggy will create a club invoice for $350.  A number of Rotarians kicked in extra $$$'s to help cover costs.

We had 24 attendees at the Murder Mystery Party.  Everyone had a great time.  The next social event will be the Holiday Party on December 29th.  The Program/Social committee is working on location and concept.

Heidi will send official notice of a club vote on November 3rd on the Task Force recommendations.  An e-vote will be forthcoming.

The Board recommends using this Rotary year as a transition/reset year.  The budget will be operations-based for the 2021-22 year.  Board will meet on Wednesday the 13th, 6pm to develop a preliminary budget.

There was a general discussion of the Task Force information.  Committee designations and our smaller membership numbers were a concern. Although there will be designated leaders for each committee it was agreed that everybody supports every committee.
